Pass the Line Productions, LLC and JS No. American Touring, LLC and their directors, officers, members, employees, agents, assigns and contractors (collectively and individually referred to as “Host(s)”) do not guarantee any additional products or services with your purchase of a VIP Package, other than those described above. Every effort has been made to provide you with the package stated above. However, if circumstances beyond the control of Hosts prevent Hosts from being able to provide the package stated above, Hosts will use best efforts to provide you with substitute goods or services of equal or lesser value. At all times during your participation in any activity related to the VIP Package You agree to act in accordance with any rules, regulations, directions, or policies articulated to you by Hosts. You agree not to engage in any illegal or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to the use of illegal drugs or contraband (or alcohol if you are under the legal drinking age in the location of this show), engaging in acts that are considered disturbing to the operations of the Hosts, VIP Package, the venue in which a VIP Package activity is taking place, Joss Stone or her crew, Corrine Baily Rae or her crew, or any venue staff. Hosts reserve the right to terminate your participation in the VIP Package at any time for failure to abide by the rules set forth at any time by Hosts or the venue.
Hosts shall not be responsible for the cancellation or postponement of the event due to governmental action, decision of the venue, illness, detention, pandemic or any other reason beyond the control of Hosts. In the event that you are participating in a VIP Package and the show is canceled, Hosts will provide you with a refund that represents the total amount paid to Hosts for the VIP Package minus any non-refundable costs incurred by Hosts, including but not limited to taxes, ticketing fees, venue fees, and costs of purchased products that are to be a part of the VIP Package (e.g. laminates, printed materials, etc.). In the event that a show is postponed, Hosts, in their sole discretion, may either offer the VIP Package during the rescheduled tour date or provide a refund representing the total amount of the VIP Package minus any non-refundable costs, as defined above.
